Managing Director and founder of the business, Tania Dalton is a proud Wathaurong / Gunditjmara woman who is based in Geelong. Tania is a registered psychologist with a Masters of Health Science and Behavioural Science (Sydney University) and has been Chairperson of the Australian Indigenous Psychologist Association since 2013. Tania is also a Director of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leadership in Mental Health (NATSIMHL) and member of The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Strategy Group.
Libby Lesock
Libby holds a Master of Social Work and was recently awarded the 2018 Social Worker of the Year at the prestigious Australian Allied Health Awards in Brisbane. Libby has more than 20 years experience working with Aboriginal People across Victoria, particularly in the Barwon South West region. Libby is currently working in Aboriginal Health unit at Barwon Health in Aboriginal Policy and Projects. Libby is well known by the Aboriginal Community in the region for her culturally respectful approach to her work. Libby brings a non-Indigenous perspective to the work of Tiiamanno Consultants, providing context for organisations and individuals who have little experience working with Aboriginal people.
Kat Rodwell (Consultant)
Kat Rodwell is a highly experienced and respected Aboriginal Engagement Consultant and Cultural Advisor with over 20 years’ experience engaging Traditional Owner Groups and Indigenous communities. Kat is sounded out by government departments to be involved in government indigenous engagement boards and advise many large organisations on Aboriginal Engagement and Cultural Advisory issues.
